Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. As everything is made to order please allow around 5 business days for processing before items are shipped. Custom items take longer - around 2 weeks. 

Most items are dispatched within 5 working days apart form  custom eyewear which usually takes up to 2 weeks.

Shipping time

Shipping times vary depending on country. Items are sent with Royal mail from the United Kingdom. If you need a shipping upgrade of expedited shipping not available on the website, please contact before you make your order.

Customs and import taxes 

USA import taxes are included and added at checkout.

Elsewhere buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
